Action. Assessment of feasibility of biotherapeutics group’s hypothesis whether Meditope platform is efficient for antibody recycling compared to ADC platform by building a minimal Pharmacokinetics (PK) model by integrating literature data.

Result. Provided hypothesis assessment result by quantiative modeling, which turned out compatible proof-of-concept to later Meditope experiment result.
